ENGLISH 2
Even though it is not a Monday, we took some NOTES ON CHARACTERIZATION. Periods 1 and 6 went to the library to check-out independent reading books for a chunk of the day, so we did not get all of the notes take. 1st period got through the impacts of both types of characterization, but 6th period only got as far as the two types. Both classes were PHENOMENAL in the library and I am very thankful and proud of you all. For periods 2 and 4, we began--and for many, finished--a WORKSHEET practicing understanding how the two types of characterization help us understand the story and character. We will be referencing this worksheet tomorrow when we go over character sketches. FRESHMAN LEADERSHIP It was syllabus day! We broke down some of the expectations and elements of the class. After covering that and answering some questions, we made a name tent! This is to not only help me learn your names, but also to help your classmates remember your name.
