I am devoted to students succeeding. As an educator, it is my job to make sure that you have all of the tools you need to reach that success. This website is one of those tools I can provide to you.
A BIT ABOUT ME I'm not originally from Western Washington. I moved over to Everett from the Spokane area in 2014 once I finished my education program at Eastern Washington University. Before that, I had spent 18 years growing up in Yakima. That being said, I have always wanted to move to the Everett area; I would visit family in Marysville growing up and always thought to myself, "this is where I'm going to end-up some day." Surely enough, I moved here! I have loved the nice warm summers and cool, wet winters in my three and a half years here in Everett and am working on exploring as much of the area as possible. |
HikingI've talked about my affinity for hiking and my dog not only in my introductory presentation on the first day of school, but I often use these two topics throughout lessons and tell stories of lessons I've learned while on adventures with Ryker. He is entertainment and loves hiking as much as I do!

FamilyPictured above is my nephew, Johnny. Because Johnny and his mom live in Deleware and the rest of my family live in Yakima, I don't get to see them very often. That does not mean, however, that my classes don't hear about them. I often tell stories and use my experiences with my family as examples to provide students with real-life scenarios as connection to topics we cover in-class.
